apparently DDP saved jake the snake and scott hall’s life by moving them into his house and making them do DDP YOGA. hell, i hope he starts opening franchises. i would totally work at a ddp yoga south of boston!

As a prepper, fitness has become a concern of mine. I am overweight and even have had surgery. I lost 135 lbs but then put 45 back on. Since then I have tried several diets and exercise programs only to lose 10 lbs here and there and plateau. So yes I end up dropping the program and the the 10 lbs comes back and I am right where I started. 
So yes I am going down another path because I do feel it is that important to lose the weight and be fit. Above you see Arthur. He went from not being able to walk unassisted and just about to the point of becoming wheel chair bound to what you see on the right in just 18 months time. How did he do it? DDP Yoga.
There are many stories like Arthur where people have made massive recoveries from disabilities and weight problems to now being fit by following the DDP Yoga program. It’s not your momma’s yoga is one of the motto’s and I have to say that is right.
Unlike traditional yoga it combines a variety of fitness programs with yoga as the basis but you are also engaging your muscles and using dynamic resistance when doing the exercises.
I have only been doing the program for two weeks now and already am seeing some results. There is a nutrition portion suggested to follow as well that I am working on but it is a challenge. I figure if I can do the gym for 6 plus months like I did over a year ago and I can do paleo style eating like I did during that time as well that I can give this a good try.
So you prepper’s out there that are like me and have more than just a little baby fat to work off you find something to help change your life. DDP Yoga may be the program for you. There may be something else that works for you better.
But the reality of it is how prepared are you if you are not physically prepared?
